Impossible?! Nay, says Britney Gallivan
Britney Gallivan has solved what was thought to be impossible- folding a piece of paper in half more than 8 times. Using mathematical techniques, she has not only solved what was the crux of the problem but has performed the supposed impossible task and folded a sheet in half 12 times, a world record! Some strange things actually are proved with math. Now I get to say it is possible to fold paper in half many times. That problem has been around for a long time. Great to solve the problem and then actually do the folding too.
