Customer: Hi.
Me: Hello, what can I help you with?
Customer: These books, do you buy or do you borrow?
Me (in disbelief): Excuse me?
Customer: do you buy, or can you borrow?
Me (my mind having been blown): Um...no, you can't borrow.
Customer: Oh. okay. Thank you.
